Jasmine Swoope is the past marketing coordinator for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Greater Houston, a full-service trade association representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, associates and suppliers.  Founded on the merit shop philosophy, Associated Builders and Contractors helps its members develop people, win work, and deliver that work safely, ethically and profitably for the betterment of the communities in which ABC and its members work.  Within that role, she develops and writes various content for ABC Greater Houston and their publication Build Houston Magazine, manages digital media for ABC and its affiliate Construction and Maintenance Education Foundation (CMEF), and coordinates trade shows.

Swoope is a Chicago native, who relocated to Houston after studying public relations and marketing at her alma mater – Bradley University.  Prior to joining ABC, she worked as a Corporate Internal Communications Coordinator with Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, and was Communications and Events Coordinator for the Peoria Chamber of Commerce.
