Randy Walker served as the Vice President of Power Group and Home Office Construction Services for S&B Engineers and Constructors LLC in Houston, Texas. He has also served as President and CEO of a small EPC Firm, COO of a consulting company in Austin, Texas, Senior Vice President of North American Construction, and as Vice President, Corporate HSE for a major international EPC Firm.

During his extensive career consulting to and serving in the EPC Industry, Randy has also served as executive sponsor on large EPC projects, and in a variety of roles in project management and construction operations during his 32 year tenure in the construction industry. Randy has worked in the craft trades, served in various management roles in projects, served as the Director of Construction Technology, General Manager of Construction Operations, and worked in virtually every commercial structure known to the industry. Randy brings extensive experience and knowledge of contractor-owner relations, manufacturing, plant operations, and engineering and construction to his assignments. His operations, background, and experience with executive organizations, leading and managing performance initiatives, and management of large EPC projects, coupled with his insights into organizational leadership, offer a unique perspective to his colleagues.

Randy is recognized in the energy and chemicals industry for his passion for excellence in performance and safety. He has made numerous presentations to professional organizations such as the Construction Industry Institute and the Association of General Contractors on the executive leadership required to create and sustain an organizational culture of safety excellence. Randy also served as ABC Houston Chapter’s Chair of the Industrial Committee for 2015.
