Construction Career Collaborative (C3) offers the construction workforce development professional certificate course developed by National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER). The course, focused on preparing individuals to run the training department of an organization or launch a training organization, is a ten-month commitment of up to two days of classwork along with a series of homework and networking activities to be completed outside of class.
