An important aspect of Chamberlin's quality initiative is Chamberlin University. Chamberlin 'U' was conceived and developed in 2006 and implemented as part of our strategy to prepare Chamberlin for the future by earnestly training and educating our own workforce. Every year the Austin AGC hosts the Outstanding Construction Award competition.  Projects are judged on the difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, materials and unusual construction techniques.  Final appearance and quality of the finished product and timeliness of completion are also factors in judging.  Chamberlin was honored with awards for three different buildings they collaborated on last year.
